Reviews and Ratings
This hotel was a late birthday present for my partner, with fabulous views overlooking the O2. We had a great view of the O2 but unfortunately had to deal with extremely drunk and loud guests fighting and shouting with loud music, which was not a pleasant experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and disappointing moments. The room I was given was fantastic, really big, and perfectly clean, but there was a slight mix-up with another guest's room allocation. The service staff was outstanding and amazing to us, but there were instances where they seemed unaware of certain offerings. The location, while isolated for some activities, was excellent for business in Canary Wharf. The dining experience varied, with some excellent choices but lacking organization at times.
Staying at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were really clean and offered a stunning view of the Thames and The O2, but the lack of enough closet space made it cumbersome for longer stays. The dining experience was not the best, with limited variety and taste, but the service was generally pleasant and helpful, although there were some organizational issues like seating mishaps. The location, while slightly far from the city center, had a fantastic view of the Thames during breakfast and offered free car shuttles to the nearest train station, which was convenient. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The Radisson Blu hotel was a top stay in London. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a great bath overlooking the water and the O2. The staff were friendly and helpful, making it the best stay I've had in London. Great value for money, and I'll definitely choose Radisson Blu again.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was incredibly spacious and the luxury bathroom with both a bath and walk-in shower was a treat. The Kingsize bed was super comfy, making for a great night's sleep. The service was top-notch with all staff being extremely helpful and polite. The only downside was the slightly tricky location for walking to the train, but overall, a fantastic experience.
I felt like a log in a lovely air-conditioned room with a smartly organized bathroom. It was sufficiently quiet and comfortable to afford me a good night's sleep. The service was brilliant, especially at breakfast, and they were so helpful and polite. The location was a bit out of the way for public transport but good for business near London City airport. The dining was excellent with plenty of choices and a lovely view over the river. The hotel facilities were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were tastefully decorated, spacious, and equipped with everything you'd expect in a 4-star hotel, including a Smart TV. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely and spotlessly clean. The only hiccup was that our room wasn't ready despite an early check-in request, leading to a room change from a double to twin beds.
My stay at Radisson Blu was outstanding! The rooms were lovely and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making it the best stay I've had in London. I will definitely be using Radisson Blu again.
The hotel offered a mix of comfort with some room for improvement. The rooms had a very large, comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom, but the superior room fell slightly short of expectations. The service was consistently friendly and helpful, though not flawless. The location was convenient, with minor inconveniences but overall easy access. The dining experience varied, with some nice views but mixed feelings on the pricing. The facilities were adequate, with room for enhancement.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were of a good size and spotless, and the upgrade to a delicious full English breakfast with plenty of choices, including fresh fruit, figs, and fresh grapefruit juice, was a pleasant surprise. The staff even left a cake in our room upon arrival. The bathroom was well planned, with an excellent shower and consistent hot water, making my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was overall great. The rooms were very comfortable and fully stocked with everything needed, but the bathroom layout was a bit inconvenient. The service was wonderful, with staff being extremely helpful and attentive. The location, though a bit challenging to find, worked well for us within Canary Wharf. The dining experience was excellent with a wide selection of good food, and the facilities were top-notch.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, especially after celebrating my 50th birthday with a walk along the O2 arena. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with plenty of towels and shower gels. The only downside was the slow service when it came to getting us to our breakfast table, but overall, it was a great experience.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were very nice and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I will definitely be coming back. However, there was a moldy glass with lemon left out for a while, which was a bit off-putting. Overall, the rooms were clean, functional, and well-equipped with amenities like a hairdryer, iron, and toiletries, but having a NUDE art piece in the room was unexpected.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and a few letdowns. The rooms were spacious, overlooking the Thames and Arena, and maintained well with a lovely bathroom. However, the rooms felt very hot during my stay. The service was exceptional, with friendly and professional staff who were always willing to help and chat with us about our visit to London. The location, while not allowing easy walks to local shops, was convenient for reaching most places in Canary Wharf within 20 minutes by foot or cab. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a tasty selection but some lacking flavor in dishes like the eggs Benedict. Overall, the hotel provided good value for money despite some higher drink prices in the minibar.
